Curious visitors are probably confused and wondering: why does this site exist? Why would someone willingly visit a site containing nothing but ads?
Aren't ads something you don't want to see?
Well, yes. On most websites, advertisements are placed there against the user's will. It's a way to monetise content by making them look at things they don't want to look at in the first place.
But fundamentally, an ad is not necessarily a bad thing. In fact, tailored advertisements can be incredibly useful. The idea is no different to a recommendation algorithm on a site like Youtube, Facebook or Instagram.
The difference is that those algorithms are trying to show you what you signed up for, while advertisements are often served with ulterior motives.
So, what if the content you were interested was the advertisements themselves?

The Story
It started small. While browsing online, every now and again I'd get
recommended an ad I was actually interested in. I saw no problem with
following it, so I clicked.
The more I did this, the more relevant the ads became — in particular,
for products related to my work. I do a fair amount of market research
as part of my day-job, and I noticed these tailored ads had become an easy way to see
what competitors were building and how they were marketing their products.
Eventually I was visiting ad-heavy websites for no other reason than to
see what ads they'd show me. However, the site's 'normal' content was becoming a chore to navigate.
Naturally, I went looking for a website that was
nothing but advertisements, no articles or filler required to get there.
It didn't exist. I brought the idea to a colleague, and we decided, why not make it ourselves?
So here it is: a website built to serve ads to people who actually want
